At the age of 15, January Mutiani Mumo began seeing visions and communicating with beings he calls “angels,” and thus began his service to the Earth. He is an Akamba of the Bondi tribe in Kenya, a group also commonly known as the Kikamba.

A descendant of the Ainu and Quechua peoples and known as the “Healer of the Earth,” he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in biodiversity at the University of Santo Tomás in Chile. He deciphers the metaphors of his ancestors and contributes to climate change research. He has been involved in the declaration of herbal medicine as cultural, tangible, and intangible heritage, and focuses on UNESCO projects, research on medicinal plants, and ancient traditions.

Jampiri Quechua (a doctor) is a self-taught amauta and serves as the director of the Cusco Cultural Center and the Mobile Indigenous Museum. He works to protect endangered medicinal plants in Bolivia and has participated in UNESCO projects, international summits, and COP15. He is the author of *1,000 Ways to Prevent Illness* and contributes to the education and research of traditional medicine. He is one of the doctors in Latin America bridging the gap between science and traditional therapies.

Sabedol Gunadule is a theologian and linguist who holds a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies. He served as president of the National Indigenous Organization of Colombia from 1993 to 1998 and as a spiritual advisor in 2022, during which time he established the degree program in Mother Earth Pedagogy. Recognized by UNESCO as a “Master of Wisdom,” he formalized the indigenous education system. He currently works as an author, lecturer, and professor at the University of Antioquia.
